Welcome! Thank you for visiting Serving Faces, 1 of the most reliable skin care service providers in Charlotte, NC. My name is Ebony. I am a licensed Esthetician, Spa owner and beauty enhancement enthusiast located in Charlotte, NC.
I’ve always had a passion for skincare due to my own journey with acne and finding the best treatment for my own skin type. Through that process I found an appreciation for various cosmetic enhancements as well. It became necessary for me to follow up my interest and experience in skin care with a formal education by studying Esthetics. Upon completion of school and a year into being a spa owner I realized a lack of availability of supplies and equipment locally for my industry counterparts. For that reason I am proud to announce Serving Faces professional products for licensed professionals!

Wow! Jody was so warm and welcoming at the reception. He addressed me by name, offered me a beverage, and chatted for a few minutes before my appointment started. This was first time getting waxed after 4 years. Amber was confident and quick with the hair removal process. She made sure I was doing okay, checking in with me after every strip. Of course it hurt, but Amber took breaks when needed and listened to my needs (especially if the wax was too hot). The vajacial side of the service was amazing! I loved the mask afterward, it really helped relieve the area. I highly recommend Amber for this service. I promise you won’t regret it!

My sister comes here for her waxing needs. I finally decided to started getting waxed and I usually see Amber and she is the sweetest! She makes the experience quick and comfortable as possible and has great conversation. I forgot the gentlemans name at the front, but he was amazing as well. I met Ebony before and shes extremely professional. Overall best experience every time!

Ebony is amazing at what she does! I was new to the city and Ebony was one of the first people that I went to for a Brazilian wax, and I would never go to anyone else again. When I first went, she was just opening up her new salon, and it’s been incredible watching it grow into what it is today. It is the cutest salon. You feel welcomed and beautiful when walking in and out of her salon. I’ve always struggled with in-grown hairs and Ebony knew exactly what to recommend and which products to use. They are now my holy grails! I could not live without them. On top of all that, Ebony is just a really cool person to be in the room with. She is a hard working business woman and she just makes you feel elevated and motivated when walking out. Unfortunately, I’m moving out of Charlotte soon, but if you are in the area, 10000% recommend Serving Faces. You will NOT be disappointed. She truly takes care of you!

I have a fantastic experience Serving Faces! Ebony and her staff were extremely polite and respectful. When I first walked in, I was amazed by the decor and the atmosphere of the place. It was beautiful and professional. I arrived about 30 minutes early. and I enjoyed waiting raking everything in. Ebony is a wonderful service provider. A beautiful black woman, who was also very informative about my service. I was offered wine and even bought her shea butter which smelled delightful! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my service! If I were you, I’d ditch your current waxer and go to Ebony! I think I found my new waxer, and as always I was delighted to support a black owners business!

Ebony was great! Very knowledgeable! I have problematic skin and for someone to already be aware, listen, and give suggestions is a breath of fresh air. My experience is always stellar at this spa. I typically go for my Brazilian wax needs. The environment is clean. The energy is bright and welcoming. Ebony is pleasant, informative, respectful, and knowledgeable. The customer service is professional and keeps me coming back. I refer everyone I meet, so that they can get the same great treatment. I have been coming here for years and will continue to. I plan to add facials to my list of services soon.

Ebony was absolutely amazing and the services she provides are top notch. While providing my service, I received a Vagacial, she was giving me step by step details of the entire process. She also gave me information on how to take care of my skin to be sure I got the best results out of her service. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and calming. My spa facial treatment was amazing. I appreciate the great customer service, professionalism, and results of my treatment. Just a day later I could see the difference. She was knowledgeable and gave suggestions T the treatment and followed up with how to keep my face clean. I didn’t know any at home facial routines. I want to continue to look young and glowy. Ebony is AMAZING!!! From my initial phone consultation to the services she provided. I made a teen facial appointment for my daughter, once Ebony answered all of my questions as the parent. AMAZING SERVICE!! This past Saturday was my first time getting a facial, and she was very welcoming. Her spirit was extremely high she explained every thing she would be doing, and she walks you through every step of your facial. Very clean, and welcoming environment. I had a great experience here and was able to book an appointment online for a wax without much hassle. There a was a little mix-up on the booking time when I arrived, but Ebony was very gracious and professional and still honored the appointment. Simple space, very clean and well kept. Ebony Burns Is an exemplary professional esthetician. She only uses natural products, is prompt, the location is thoroughly sanitized and she allows you to pick the genre of music for your sessions.

Ebony was absolutely great and welcoming into her studio spa. She is a professional and able to guide you during the facial with the concerning areas that she finds at a superficial level and deeper epidermal level. She offers this education during her session as well as great product knowledge.
